The Process

The process begins with the Needs Assessment, which is done on site with you. We discuss your areas of concern, as well as your goals. Please don't pick up before we come -- it's important we see what areas are working for you, what areas frustrate you, and where the current system breaks down.

As we walk through your areas we'll analyze drawers, closets and other spaces. Once we've discussed your needs, we'll provide a detailed proposal describing problems, suggestions for conquering these problems, and recommendations for organizing supplies.

You'll be able to ask questions and decide which options fit best your budget and timeline. Since recommendations are provided in the proposal, some clients do the work on their own, while others work with us on some, or all parts of implementation.

If you choose to work with us, we schedule a day to begin, and work one-on-one in multiple-hour sessions to tackle your projects, clarify your goals and gently keep you on task.

After the project is completed we follow up with you periodically to encourage you -- and make sure that you're able to maintain the changes you've made.
